Children’s Summer Sounds: Touch the Music

What does music feel like? How does music change when you touch it?

The children’s concert, designed by audience engagement specialist and music educator Tuula Jukola-Nuorteva, brings music within arm’s reach. The concert combines visual art and music, inviting children to draw, paint, and color while Avanti!’s musicians perform inspiring music. The visual arts activities are led by visual artist Liisa Ikävalko.

The concert is best suited for children aged four and above, as the program includes interactive and participatory elements. However, children of all ages are warmly welcome to enjoy the music. There is no upper age limit for the concert.
